This was quite a project for this group of outstanding girls! Each girl created her own quilt block, make from smaller cloth squares. Under the direction of their scout leaders, the girls learned how to assemble their squares and how to complete the quilt.
On April 19, 2004, the girls presented their quilt to the coordinator for Project Linus of western NC. This quilt will be donated to a child in the Cherokee County area.
